I'm working with two monitors, but they're never used together. One is the AOC AG326UD Gaming QD-OLED 32" 4K 165Hz and the other is the LG UltraGear 27GP850P-B Nano IPS 27" 1440p 165Hz (180 OC). Both models experience the same issues.

The same issue persists with the LG device, even after changing cables or using IGPU. It seems to be a consistent problem.
Is this related to VRAM or another factor?

It might be a faulty GPU. Trying another GPU or the existing one in a different location could clarify the issue.

I'll have to leave that for tomorrow. It's midnight and this is an early-sleeper house.
I'll swap back my old GPU and see how that goes.
I need to take a lot of stuff apart, and the damned clip-on bits for the case really doesn't help with the noise either.
