I recently bought an RTX 3060 ti with 8GB of RAM and upgraded from my RX560. But now every single game is running at full speed without using that extra memory. It feels like the graphics are not working at all when I run games like GTAV, Cyberpunk 2077, or Minecraft even though the FPS looks good in both cases. In Task Manager, my GPU shows up as almost always at zero percent while my CPU is busy with around fifty percent usage. This seems wrong because my RAM is big and everything else looks fine except for that one thing. I tried changing memory sticks, putting it on an SSD, checking the power supply, looking at thermal issues, using different settings in Task Manager or NVIDIA Control Panel... but nothing fixed anything. My CPU does not have built-in graphics either so how can a game be running if the GPU isn't working? The games are all legal and not cracked versions. I am really lost now because I don't know what to do.

Did you use DDU to get rid of that old driver? Check out this link on how to remove Nvidia, AMD, and Intel graphics drivers:

Do you need all the technical details for this setup? Specifically, what brand and model do you have on your power supply unit? Also, just how full is that SSD storage actually packed with?

I bought an Asrock B350M Pro4 board to pair with a Ryzen 5 1600X processor and 32GB of RAM running at 3600mHz (though the board supports up to 2400, it makes no difference). I put in a 1TB Samsung 870 QVO SSD that is currently half full. My graphics card is an RTX 3060 ti with 8GB of VRAM and I use a Seasonic S12II 620W power supply rated at 80+ Bronze. While I've been running my GPU at 100% while testing it in Blender, the results have stayed consistent as expected, so the power supply should definitely handle the load.
