Purchased a Gigabyte X670 AROUS ELITE AX - REV. 1.0 motherboard
CPU: RYZEN 5 7600X
RAM: 16GB x 2 G.SKILL 6000mhz
Utilizing an EVGA 3080 XC3 ULTRA from my previous setup.
My system fails to boot when the GPU is installed, but I can start up and access Windows using the integrated GPU and an older EVGA 1660 SUPER SC ULTRA without issues. I'm also running the latest BIOS update (F10a).
Tested the 3080 in my current build with two separate power supplies:
EVGA G2 850W,
CORSAIR RMX 850W 2018
but these did not work.
The integrated GPU and 1660 Super functioned correctly with both power supplies.

did you link every power outlet to the gpu and power supply unit?
update the intel management system on windows
reboot the bios using a jumper switch

Yes, I linked two 8-pin PCIe cables to my 3080 and PSU. I have an AMD CPU. Do I have Intel Management Engine? How can I update it? The BIOS reset didn’t fix the problem.

An update on this: I never found a solution for my 3080 to work. I swapped GPUs with a friend who I sold a 6800xt with a few years ago. The 6800xt was a plug and play to my build with no issues.
