SPECS
: New parts added this month:
Mobo: MSI X870 Tomahawk
CPU: Ryzen 9800X3D
GPU: RTX 4080 Super
SSD: Installed on SN850X
PSU: Corsair RM1000x
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 6000mts 2x16gb DDR5 30cl
Clean installation on fresh SSD – Kingston Renegade fury
Experiencing odd pop-in and reduced draw range for world details in Cyberpunk 2077.
For example, when switching cameras, the loading feels sluggish, and physics behave strangely. In the linked videos, Jackie’s model loads slowly and changes unexpectedly when near certain objects.

Link: https://youtu.be/dmTwpsqaAOA?si=EDLelRXv2P6dMxdG
I’ve tested HDD mode on/off, adjusted settings, but nothing resolves the issue.
Reinstalled the game on three different NVME SSDs, no mods installed, yet the problem persists.
CPU and GPU monitoring via RTSS shows normal usage, temperatures, and voltages.
All divers are current with updates.
Purchased from GOG Galaxy.
Anyone have test results to help identify the cause? Thank you!

it can.
many offline installers will be iterations of the games that have issues inherent in them from release.
even having a strictly online service that keeps them up to date automatically providing patches, etc can cause problems by installing newer versions that also have new issues.
i've still got CP2077+Phantom Liberty v2.13(76205) from GOG installed and have had no issue whatsoever.
include your power supply make & model + it's overall time in use.
also include your RAM make & model.
and make sure you are running the latest motherboard BIOS available,
along with all of the latest drivers available directly from the board manufacturer product support page(s).

The window replacement was performed on a brand-new computer with a fresh installation.

Examine Device Manager for any missing items, highlighted in yellow triangles. Focus on chipset and base level mobo drivers provided by the maker.

This refers to the Windows Device Manager, and you'd be checking for any installed drivers or hardware components.

Open Device Manager and verify that none of the listed items display a yellow triangle. This suggests a missing driver or an unknown device due to a lack of driver.
