Unity could be fun to play, especially in Paris. Syndicate might edge out Black Flag in some aspects.

I really enjoyed it, although it's quite lengthy. It appeared to be quite reliable and free of issues, while Unity has remained problematic in that area.

Syndicate seems the better choice. From a technical standpoint, Black Flag covers a larger area, though most of it consists of water. The real land regions are significantly smaller.
