Hello, I am interested in buying two new laptops for a business front desk. Here are my responses:
1. My budget is $450 USD, though a lower price is preferable.
2. The notebook size isn’t important to me.
3. Screen resolution doesn’t matter.
4. I don’t need a portable or desktop model.
5. Battery life isn’t critical since it will always be connected.
6. No desire to play games; if yes, please list the preferred games with their settings.
7. Other tasks include using Google Chrome, scanning documents via printer/scanner, and browsing online.
8. Required storage is approximately 128GB, mainly for online use.
9. If you have specific sites in mind, please share their links.
10. Preference: https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/laptops/...n3511ezwhh
11. I aim to keep the laptop for as long as possible (over 4 years).
12. Optical drive: None needed.
13. Preferred brands: None.
Disliked: MSI – previous experience with reliability issues and frequent repairs; Acer – slow performance, high disk usage, and unresponsive support.
14. USA – this is my country of residence.
15. Any further details you’d like to share?

That unit appears quite good and should suffice for your needs, especially with the 10th Gen i51035G1, 256GB SSD, 8GB DDR4-2666MHz RAM, 15.6" display and Windows 11.
Regarding tech support, if you were using Windows 10 on an Acer device, it's likely you encountered OS corruption causing memory leaks and full disk usage problems. The fix involved reinstalling the operating system, ensuring you had the latest BIOS, and rebuilding the bootable USB with Windows Media Creation Tools to avoid a damaged installer.
Asus tends to respond in various ways—whether through direct communication or by stating the product is out of warranty and a newer model is being introduced—but they will still engage with your concerns.
