I found this gaming laptop recently. Since I’m going away from college and need a reliable machine to use games on, I thought it could be a good fit. However, I have some concerns. First, will its gaming performance still be solid? Second, are there any known defects? Lastly, can the RAM be upgraded easily so I can add another 8GB if needed? Thank you in advance.

It's one of those machines built to replace older CPU stock, so if you're looking for something improved, it would be a good option. The laptop has two SODIMM slots, but the listing doesn't specify whether it currently has 2x 4GB or 1x 8GB. You might need to purchase 2x 8GB to upgrade to 16GB.
