I have been changing overlays because initially using GeForce Experience made my taskbar disappear while I used the desktop, since it was set to hide to avoid OLED burn-in. The overlay pushed the taskbar into the background. Eventually, I switched to Steam's overlay just to test FPS. After resetting the CMOS for MemTest86, Cyberpunk is now booting, and I’m using Rivatuner OSD via HWinfo. After Afterburner kept my GPU fans at 30%, CPU performance stayed steady at 5.7 GHz for P-cores and 4.8 GHz for E-cores with 22% utilisation, while the 4080 SUPER reached 99%. It might be that the motherboard’s OC preset was affecting the game start. I attempted to enable "Prioritise P-cores" which helped until Update 2.12; however, FPS dropped in the benchmark when it was active, so I removed it. Now I leave the CPU at its default setting. RAM works well at XMP 1, and I’m achieving 70+ FPS with Path Tracing at 4K and other settings maximized using DLSS Super Sampling on Balanced.
There isn't an official statement yet, but many are guessing they won't keep fixing it.
