I've noticed the x15 being offered at a significant discount for some time, and although its specifications aren't particularly impressive, Alienware claims its advanced cooling solution. Will Alienware ensure a longer life by preventing higher temperatures through better cooling?

I don't understand why it could be more than just a guess at the best.
You can reference "lower temperatures mean longer life" (whatever you consider relevant), but it's uncertain if this applies to the equipment currently before you.
