So I chose to use my old and reliable ck550 today.
But when I installed the cooler master portal 1.0.1 from the coolermaster website (ck550), I noticed it didn’t work properly.
It just opens and shows the message: "failed to download the information file"...
Additionally, it doesn’t recognize my CK 550.
What should I do? I need to adjust the RGB settings of the keyboard.
Anyone have an idea about why this is happening?

The CK550 appears to be the specific keyboard model you're focusing on. It's the only one listed with the CM's Portal app visible in the downloads area. Regarding your setup, could you clarify which keyboard you were using before the CK550 and whether you ran the installer as an administrator?

Hi thanks for the reply
I was using a HyperX alloy with Aqua switches. I sent it in for repair.
The CK550 was functioning properly before, and I used it until last summer when I switched to HyperX keyboards.
At that time, Windows 10 was installed, and the CM portal was working well.
Now I'm using Windows 11 after upgrading my NVMe OS drive about a month ago, and I had a fresh installation.
I was running with admin rights.
The app is installed correctly, but when I open it, I see the message "failed to download the information file" in a small window.
It says the CK550 doesn't exist in the app, though it's still working fine. The brightness of the LEDs is too high, making it difficult for me to work like this.
