Hi, I set up this account to look for a fix for the issue. For some time now, my PC won’t handle MP4 videos smoothly, often forcing a shutdown. This happens during games like Slime Rancher 2 and Baldur's Gate 3, though it used to be less frequent. When I try to render an MP4, Adobe After Effects works, but the process stops after about a minute due to freezing. The audio is also severely off, causing the video duration to appear doubled. Please help me resolve this.

What is the storage capacity? What is the brand and model of the PSU? Is Windows legitimate?

Drive C holds 232 GB with 45.4 GB available.
Drive D contains 931 GB and has 466 GB free.
I’m unsure about the brand and model of the PSU, as there are no stickers or other details. The Windows version seems to be prompting updates.

The system isn't functioning properly. I recommend returning the RAM to its normal speed and testing with this configuration. Once stability is confirmed, proceed to the lowest XMP setting and check for consistency.

The ram speed... How do I adjust it? I don't want to make any mistakes.
