Hello everyone.
I've been playing Dragon's Dogma 2 for a few days without any issues until around March 25th. After that, launching the game causes the whole computer to freeze after just 30 seconds to 2 minutes of playtime. The sound becomes stuck and I can't do anything. Worse still, after several crashes yesterday, it started happening even when I was browsing the internet or opening some indie games like Against the Storm. Today, I managed to play Honkai: Star Rail without problems, but as soon as I started Dragon's Dogma 2, the computer froze.

What's notable is that when the PC freezes, the fans still run and the lights on my GPU and RAM remain active.

I updated the BIOS and performed a clean driver installation.
I searched online for troubleshooting steps, such as running sfc /scannow.
I resolved the "gameInput" error that appeared in system events, which was critical before uninstalling the 2023 version of this software around March 24th.
Now it only shows the classic Kernel 41 (69) error as critical.

I opened a system viewer from Gigabyte to check temperatures and voltage:

My specifications: i5 12400F (1 year old), 3060TI (1 year old), 16 GB Fury Kingston RAM (1 year old).
PSU: EVGA 600W (80w Bronze, about 2.5 years old, brand new).

Do you have any specific information to add? I was considering replacing the PSU with a better 750W model, but my finances are tight, so I'm trying solutions first.

The PSU model or part number is what? Power delivery issues could mean a faulty PSU or malfunctioning MoBo VRMs. It's hard to tell which one it is because PSUs vary.

I am not sure, but the PSU shows EVGA model number 600W and there is a sticker with PIN,CIN, UPC,EAN and some barcodes. Which one do you need?
Motherboards is a Gigabyte B660M that I also bought and changed 2 years ago when I have done modernisation of my PC.
I think I will buy something like Corsair RM750W?
Sorry, I am not really good at tech-stuff. I just like to play games for fun after work. Thanks for help!

The other two, RM and RMe, are of lower quality and I wouldn't recommend them. It's better to choose RMi or RMx instead.

The EVGA W1 is considered a low-quality PSU, generally of poor quality. This explains why it tends to malfunction. If you need another perspective on your PSU, check the tier list here: https://forums. It appears in Tier D, which is a lower priority unit. The units I recommended are all Tier A. Personally, I stick to using only Tier A units. I own three PCs and have PSUs that include two Seasonic PRIME TX-650 models and one Seasonic Focus PX-550. Detailed specs and photos are available in my profile.

Thank you for your assistance! I've already placed a new PCU order but still have some doubts. Recently, I tried checking my PCU and stress-testing my system by running Warhammer 3 (CPU-intensive), then Cybperunk 2077, and finally Dragon's Dogma 2. Notably, the optimal performance was found in Warhammer, while the voltage line seemed to fail when it crashed. I tested Dogma 2 last night at 11 PM and it worked for about an hour. The voltage line appeared perfect.

What are your thoughts on this situation? Is there any method to improve or adjust the voltage settings on this EVGA PSU?

PSU swap required. Cannot adjust power limits. Currently, the PC components (processor, graphics card, motherboard, drives) all require precise wattage from the PSU, which changes based on the hardware load. For instance, 10W, 50W, or 200W. The PSU must consistently provide these voltages at stable levels—typically +3.3V, +5V, and +12V. However, no PSU can reliably maintain +12V continuously (perfect), so the ATX standard sets strict voltage ranges with wide allowances. These are: - +12V DC rail – ±5% tolerance - +11.40V to +12.60V - +5V DC rail – ±5% tolerance - +3.14V to +3.47V - -12V DC rail – ±10% tolerance - +4.75V to +5.25V Depending on the load, voltage fluctuates. The tighter the variation, the more reliable the PSU must be. For example, my Seasonic PRIME TX-650 [SSR-650TD] boasts exceptional regulation: Source: It maintains less than 0.9% deviation across all rails, no matter the PSU load. Until now it hasn't crashed much, so I didn’t think much about it, but recently while playing demanding games like Throne and Liberty, the computer not only restarted but also froze after a reboot. In Event Viewer it shows up as Kernell 42.
