Welcome to the forums, newcomer! I attempted to access the D Drive with a Windows 10 installation to assess the condition of my C Drive, but the BIOS didn't accept it as a bootable device. Are you using a dual-boot configuration? The only alternative I'm considering is performing a complete Windows reinstall, though I can't even boot into a USB at the moment and would prefer to preserve my data. If I were in your position, I'd remove both drives, borrow or replace a spare SSD, and try installing the OS on it. This approach could help identify issues with your current drives or corrupted operating systems. Mobo: Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX

Disconnect all power sources and attempt a boot from USB. If unsuccessful, detach the GPU and try connecting to the IGP....test.

Because nothing is starting up, the PSU seems to be the most likely culprit. A 650W CPU probably worked its way through the day, so it wouldn't be unexpected if it stopped now. I ran a simple math with the Coolermaster PSU Calculator, adding in the CPU and GPU (325W) which already accounts for half of the PSU's capacity, not counting any extra strain. That means you'd need at least 850W for this setup to function properly.
