Observed some looseness when mounting the darkrock unit, allowing a slight movement on the CPU unlike the extremely snug fit of OEM AMD Wraith coolers. After completing a 20-minute CPU stress test, fans reached their maximum speed through the BIOS, PBO2 was active at -30°C. The room temperature was around 27°C. It didn’t trigger extreme throttling, though I assumed it would run cooler given my setup—5600X on a Wraith Spire RGB with minimal peak temperatures.

You probably need further tweaks. Your setup is a 5900x running around 4.65ghz with PBO2 on, -25 offset, and you're adjusting EDC/TDC manually.

During that process, are your temperatures consistent across the board when running at full-core utilization? Please note this applies to your office workstation setup. I’ll make sure no gaming is used, allowing the processor to stay at high load for extended periods.

Temperatures have been stable, staying around 60 degrees with a slight warmth. For 12 cores it's manageable. The mounting bar through the heatsink offers some flexibility—it doesn’t tilt or spin, but with new paste I could slide it back and forth on it.
