I just noticed my battery health reading from hwinfo dropped to 11.9% from 12.3%. I saw the same pattern before on this exact laptop, but the hwinfo version has changed over time. (updated the program then and now). Is this typical? The current 8.22 HWinfo build is what I’m using right now. Should I trust these percentages? I read somewhere that battery health and wear can be tricky and sometimes show inaccurate results.

It generated an HTML report but I can't interpret its contents. I installed the batteries and checked each one. The laptop model is a Republic of Gamers GA503rm from 2022. It's normal to see cycle counts listed in the graphs. Would you like me to share the graphs?
