My 290X delivers 55-65fps generally, but it struggles in cutscenes, falling into the 40s. For gameplay, opinions vary based on your preferences for the story and mechanics.
I mentioned it once more, Assassin's Creed Unity works well for me, though my GTX 770 GPU might handle it better than the red one.
