Hello, new build details: 78003dx ASUS B650M-E tuf gaming with the latest BIOS. Corsair Vengeance 2x16GB DDR5 6000MHz CL36 (CMK32GX5M2E6000C36).

When DOCP is turned on, the SOC voltage is 1.28V—safe? Shouldn't it be under 1.25V?

Also, the RAM isn't shown on the ASUS QVL list. Is there an issue? I haven't found a compatible kit in my area. Thanks!

As long as the voltage stays below 1.3V, it's secure. The voltage sensor is placed nearer to the VRM than the actual die, which causes it to show a high value. At 1.28V it translates to about 1.25V on the die. If the system boots and runs smoothly, it's fine. The QVL covers only some kits they have available, meaning many others might work even if they weren't tested.

Hello. This kit is just the standard Samsung B die design. You'll need to get very close to the chip limit for stability. Good luck if you didn't purchase it a few months back, since when the chip limit was introduced, your current kit might have had trouble running at 6000MHz like my B die kit did. Luckily, the latest BIOS updates have resolved this problem in most cases. The 1.28V chip is completely fine and poses no problems.
