I possess two KF556C40BBA-16 single modules (not a 2x16 kit) placed in slots 2 and 4 of my Gigabyte X870 Eagle Wifi 7. The CPU-Z shows 2x32bit in the Memory tab, specifically in the channel # section, though the DC Mode appears grey. I’m also uncertain if 2x32bit refers to dual channel, since in DDR5 I’ve seen references suggesting each module has an internal dual channel.

Motherboard make and model details along with the RAM sticks being used are provided. For slots, if applicable to models post-2025, the two RAM sticks should fit into slots A2 and B2.

I revised the question. I have two KF556C40BBA-16 single modules (not a 2x16 kit) in slots 2 and 4 of my Gigabyte X870 Eagle Wifi 7.
EDIT: I updated cpuz to the latest version and now I see this: 4x32bit
Does 4x32bit indicate dual channel?

Both reserved positions will appear in the 'SPD' section. Each RAM stick offers two channels, resulting in a total of four 32-bit channels, with two channels per stick.
