I increased my i5 6600k to 4.4ghz and enabled all cstates for power savings, with the CPU downclocking to 800mhz at idle. I’m seeing a .800vcore on idle, which seems excessive. How can I adjust this? My power setting is balanced.

It appears stable at 0.744V. Probably not in a complete standby mode with background tasks active. Review the task manager for details.

It's completely typical, and exactly what it should be.
