I enjoyed it during the beta testing. The audio and visuals were solid, and the blasters had a cool feel. However, I wouldn’t buy it myself. Eventually, EA made me hesitate and prevented me from purchasing the game.

The experience is strong overall, with good sound, visuals, and setup. However, it feels underdeveloped in terms of content, which is common. We've seen this before, so repeating the feedback isn't necessary.

From a financial perspective, the greatest error EA committed was allowing a huge number of individuals to test the beta. It’s essentially the same repetitive issue with minimal improvement. Almost nothing has evolved.

In my opinion, the game isn't bad overall. The main issue is it doesn't fit the Battlefield genre, making it hard to incorporate the GIF-style moments from that series. The only engaging experience seems to be the Walker Assault mode, which is essentially a heavily altered Rush. What really stood out about the original Battlefront titles was their dual timelines—prequel conflicts and main story events. Players could take on roles like droids, gungans, clones, ewoks, tusk raiders, rebels, and stormtroopers. While the prequels might be controversial, they capture many of the key battles from Star Wars, especially those in the now-discredited Expanded Universe. That gives some interesting ideas to consider.

Besides BF4, there was a campaign. Whether you enjoyed it depends on your taste, but it was included regardless. The absence of in-game voice chat across all platforms for a multiplayer-focused game is a major issue.
