Not too long ago someone mentioned a Skyrim modpack that performed well, and I discovered it. But I haven’t heard much about anyone using it yet. If you’ve tried it, share your thoughts!

I figured I had to reinstall Skyrim, so I’m starting this process and will experiment with it while keeping you updated.

After spending a few hours getting it ready, I managed to set it up and it’s working, though it has quite a few mods I don’t really like (it’s a game with magic, dragons, and all sorts of creatures—really not the most realistic). I just need to find some that I enjoy more. Unfortunately, trying to avoid the ones I don’t want didn’t help because everything is tightly connected, so it was tough. Still, it looked pretty good.

After tweaking it a bit more, most of what I don’t need is now manageable in mcm. It seems to handle the main points well, though adding new features might be tricky... still not quite there, maybe it’s my mistake.

It looks like you're finding the setup process quite complicated.

If you choose not to make any changes, it's fine—it's just a minor task of setting up all the mods via mcm. When it comes to adding new stuff, I handled it myself, though I'm not sure if I caused any issues. Some patchers are having problems because they think things that are there shouldn't be, even after installing fresh. It sounds like a lot of work at first, but once everything is configured properly and you don’t want extra content, it should be manageable. They did include some solid DLC-like mods such as wyrmstooth and falskaar.

Thank you for your kind words. No need to apologize, I was not aware of it earlier!
