You're seeing normal idle temperatures with your NZXT Kraken x62 in a cold winter environment. The temps around 15-20°C are typical and not a cause for concern. Since it's near a window that stays open, you might want to monitor performance closely but don't need to overclock or add cooling hardware right now. Your setup seems fine unless you notice overheating during usage.

It should work well with lower temperatures for the CPU. The main issue arises when the environment is colder than the system's cooling capacity, leading to possible condensation.

Lack of familiarity, seems like it should be at least 10c lower, though I'm just making an assumption.

The temperature reading of 58F corresponds to 15°C, which means we should proceed with caution.

Below the normal room temperature, the air around it. Often becomes an issue around 4°C and higher. As long as you don’t force in humid air from outside, it should be okay.

Thank you. Now I just need to speed up and perhaps won’t have to worry at all.
