Upon observing the initial negative reviews at launch, I anticipated Rockstar would address the issues with subsequent updates. I am currently evaluating its merits before intending to purchase it on Steam.

I recently downloaded and played; I did not experience any problems, crashes, or FPS drops, but this depends and also on your hardware.
