The logo appears to be a copy of Samsung's design. It seems they're producing OEM memory for companies like DELL. The site seems genuine, though it focuses more on industry than games. Likely the memory quality is sufficient, but XMP support may not be available.

It's not a company I've come across before. If they produce their own processors, I haven't heard any positive remarks. If the components come from suppliers such as SKHynix or Micron but the casing is made by RAMMAX, it could be a decent option in the budget RAM segment. Unless they're assembled with faulty parts.
