I have Realtek drivers installed on the latest version of Windows. Something started happening about two weeks ago, mostly because my speakers cut out all the time while playing games. Usually, it cuts off just a few seconds into a game. I can get my headphones to work fine, but the speakers are broken. It cuts in and then I have to adjust the volume on my keyboard for it to work again. Then it cuts back out after a few seconds more. I'm trying to play games in full screen mode instead of windowed mode if that helps. Honestly, I don't know how to fix this or what information you'd need to help me solve the problem. All drivers are already up to date and Windows is also up to date. It happens when I use the Realtek audio option inside my sound settings as well.

What makes or model of computer do you have? Is there a specific BIOS version on this exact computer right now? If so, I will take the driver off, then go ahead to put back the newest audio driver straight from the official site. You just need to click the little button next to your installer and say "Run as Administrator." Do you know what kind of sound cards or speakers you have?
