Test some benchmarks to see if it works okay without any issues too. Also, since I had something similar happen with my 7700X before, download this guide called "zen timings" and then next time you do something in the BIOS, check if the FCLK number is higher than 1800. If it is, set it to 1800 manually from there.

I just ran a quick test today and got scores like this: GPU was 13643, CPU was 12960, and there were no problems while I did it!
