Is Newegg still a trustworthy source?
Is Newegg still a trustworthy source?
Similar to Amazon, if it isn't listed on Newegg but from a third-party seller I view it as a possible scam. Make sure to turn on the "Sold by Newegg" option at the top left to narrow your search. Also, verify it's genuinely sold through Newegg and shipped by Newegg below the price details.
The product might have reached you in a timely manner, but not quickly enough. It's essential to monitor third-party sellers on Newegg and Amazon closely.
Thank you. I came across an ASUS NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Dual Overclock 12GB GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0 Graphics Card in black, open box, at my local best buy. It’s on sale for $279 because it’s open box, though it’s listed as being in excellent condition. What do you think?
I've experienced complete success with Best Buy, mainly because their prices aren't always comparable to other stores. This seems like a solid offer for the price they're offering.
I also repeat the points about verifying it's not a third party, and if it is, they should have at least 98% positive feedback. Recently, I've had a lot of trouble with PC purchases from Amazon, which I feel are becoming increasingly suspicious.
I understand - I tend to avoid those platforms because of the hassle. Better go with Best Buy instead. Appreciate your input!
