I recently installed a new computer and was uncertain about overclocking the CPU without causing damage. My setup includes a Ryzen 5 2600, an MSI RX580 with 8GB RAM, an Asus Prime B450M-A motherboard, three Be quiet! Pure Wings 2 120mm fans, a Be quiet! Pure Rock Slim CPU cooler 120W (BK008), and a NZXT H500 case. Can I reach 4.1 GHz?

The performance at 4.1ghz is quite sensitive to the silicon selection. Start with 3.8 and increase gradually. It's possible to run at 3.9 if you have adequate cooling, as per AMD guidelines. This setup won't harm any components.
