Is my RAM running at 3200?
Your system uses an 8 GB DDR4-3200 RAM module. Are you seeing that speed in your performance metrics?
SPD tab displays RAM specifications, not actual operating speed. My memory is rated for 2133MHz. (Refer to Max Bandwidth) What I actually use is listed here, including the DRAM frequency. DDR means double data rate; doubling it shows they run at 3600MHz.
You got there first, honestly. If your RAM speed matches mine, it's running at 3200.
The task manager isn't a dependable option, particularly with outdated hardware or older versions of Windows 10.
Yes! seems like a modern pc it will report correctly so yeah you are running at 3200Mhz
Yea, I bought it last week. It's a Lenovo IdeaPag Gaming 3 15ACH56: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H Hexa-Core, 3.30 GHz with Turbo until 4.20 GHz, 19 MB Cache RAM: 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4-3200MHz 2 x Slots SO-DIMM up to 32 GB Graphics: AMD Radeon™ Graphics + NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 4GB GDDR6 TGP 75W
Your system is indeed showing a clock speed of 3200 MHz, but the actual CPU core frequency might be lower depending on the processor model.
