Most of these results are incorrect alerts. Several files blocked by Bitdefender are genuine Windows files—two come from the .NET framework—and one caught by Malwarebytes is probably a built-in program (likely on your ASUS laptop). The generic label often points to a false positive.

If your antivirus detects a virus during scan, not by using realtime protection, then it's just inactive file that contains virus. Virus is a program too - it needs to be executed to work.
