Hi everyone! I have a few problems with my computer and hope you can help. My PC has been okay before but now it's crashing at random times after I did a fresh install of Windows 11. It didn't crash like this for years. When I booted it in safe mode, it runs fine for hours. The new version is on my M.2 drive. I tried reseating the RAM and testing different sticks. I also refilled the BIOS, reset the CMOS battery, switched to an SSD and disabled C-States. Finally, I did stress tests on both the GPU and the CPU. I'm stuck and don't know what to do next. Please help! My hardware is like this: CPU - Intel i7 12700KF, GPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, RAM - NETAC Shadow II DDR4 16GB, PSU - Corsair RM750X, MOBO - ROG STRIX Z690-A GAMING WIFI D4, SSD - Seagate FireCuda 530. If you need more info, just let me know and I'll give it to you!

What exactly do you have in terms of system details like make and model for every single part? Have you even attempted to get a new copy straight from Microsoft using a different USB stick? Did anything get overclocked with the CPU, graphics, or RAM?

Thanks for your reply! My hardware setup includes an Intel i7-12700KF CPU and a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti GPU. The RAM comes from NETAC in the Shadow II version, which is DDR4 with 16GB of memory. I also have a Corsair RM750X power supply, a Mobo like ROG STRIX Z690-A GAMING WIFI, and a D4 SSD that is actually a Seagate FireCuda 530. (I will update my main post to show you this!) I did a fresh install straight from the Microsoft installation media without any overclocking. The CPU is running at its default speed in the BIOS settings right now.

Have you tried another USB stick with the Media Creation Tool?

I've tested Windows 11 before. It's tempting to check out Windows 10 just to see how that goes.
