Prime95 runs at around 90 MHz because it uses AVX instructions. When you looked at those pictures, they said 4.8 GHz is needed for AVX, but that's way too fast. You probably need to change a setting in the BIOS (you can find this by searching online or reading the manual), which lowers the speed specifically for AVX tasks to something like 4.4 or 4.5 GHz.
Prime95 temps are around 90 because it uses fast instructions called AVX. In my photos, people used 4.8 GHz for AVX, which is way too high. You probably need to change the BIOS settings (check online or in the manual) to lower that speed down to 4.4-4.5 GHz at most so your computer stays cooler.
