There's a setting to extend the max range of overclock settings. It's not enabled by default.
for example, I use my Asus STRIX 1080ti for gaming and mining.
I have the GPU clocked down as far as it will go (1600 something mhz)
I have the MEMORY in mining clocked up as far as 12900mhz stabily (artifacts close to 13000mhz)
You wont be able to go to that length of memory overclock unless you go into settings in GPUtweakII and check the box to extend the ranges.
