I am trying to build a new PC and hit some problems with my motherboard, Gigabyte EAGLE AX Z790. It won't start past the splash screen when I plug in a USB drive (w11). If I remove the USB, it boots into the BIOS. I turned off CSM but the issue is still there. Any ideas what could be going wrong? Thanks

This means there is no operating system to start from, so a PC goes into BIOS after it tries hard to restart (POST). Here is the Win11 setup guide, showing how to make a bootable USB to install it. Follow these steps and you will be good to go.
