Is my laptop getting hot when it only uses about 20 of its power?
Hi there! Since I bought the HP Omen 15-dh1070wm laptop (with a core i7, gtx 1660ti, and Windows 11), I had trouble with the fan. It spins really hard when things get heavy. The thing that is most weird is that the CPU temperature hits 100C even though it's only using about 20% of its power. I tried fixing this by turning down the CPU speed in Power Options, pasting thermal paste on both the CPU and GPU with Grizzly Kryonaut, but nothing helped. So, what do you think? Is there a fix or is this just broken hardware? I bought this laptop back a year ago, and I don't know where to get official HP service because there are no centers in my country.
