My laptop is an HP Envy x360 that was bought a year ago and started acting weird right away, like the pictures prove. The only way to stop this from happening is to turn it off hard. I removed it twice and went back to Windows 10, which runs perfectly fine now. However, even on Windows 10, my laptop can't fold or rotate the screen because of some strange reason. Any advice would be super helpful.

Welcome to the forums! I have reinstalled it two times and now run on Windows 10, which works great. How did you get onto Windows 11? If you are planning a Windows 11 upgrade through built-in methods, please stop and make your own bootable USB first using the Media Creation Tool. Before you start over, I suggest updating your BIOS and getting all your laptop drivers ready on a pen drive. Also, install the OS without internet so it doesn't try to download things for you later. Just after everything is set up, go right-click your installer file and choose Run as Administrator to finish installing those drivers.

Can you please export and send your system and app logs? Open the Event Viewer by typing eventvwr into the Run box. Find the Windows Logs folder on the left and click the arrow to expand it. Right-click on the Application tab and choose Save all events as... Pick a place for the file and name it Appxerxi3 (the .evtx extension will be added automatically). Do the same for System: right-click there, pick Save all events as..., pick a location, name it Sysxerxi3 (.evtx will add itself). Upload both logs to a cloud service so they are public. Then open another Run box and type msinfo32. Click OK when it opens the window. Choose File > Save and give it a name of xerxi3 (the .nfo extension will be added automatically). Finally, send that file to the cloud with a link here.
