My PC details: motherboard is an Asus H110M-K, the CPU is an I5 7400, RAM is Crucial with 12GB (split into two sticks), and the GPU is a GTX 1060. My graphics card is idle at 56 watts, but when I game it gets hot, hitting up to 87 degrees Celsius. Is that normal? On my MSI Afterburner settings, the core voltage is set to +15, power limit is +116, core clock is +167, and memory clock is +334.

No, you are way too tall (at least 5C is considered very high).
