It works no matter what you want it to do as long as you write the code correctly. You need a service that has money to pay for hosting this. Write some code to make random email addresses. A user clicks 'Create', uses it, and then it disappears after a while. "How do I develop" Learn coding, networking, advertising, local rules, global rules, etc., and more...
