Is my CPU defect ?

I replaced my fan and ended up with some dirt on the CPU side. When I put it back in, it got stuck between the pins. After removing it once my PC wasn’t booting properly, it became obvious that not all pins were connected correctly. Now the fans are working fine, but the monitor remains black. EZ Debug on my MSI board shows no issues with the CPU. There’s no indication of damage to the CPU or the pins.

I have an i5-10400f on a z590M gaming motherboard. It comes with two DDR4 8GB RAM sticks and a 2080Ti GPU paired with a 600W power supply.

I used a regular fan for my socket, but the setup felt unusual. I had to take out the CPU to install the fan, but some dust remained on it and I forgot to clear it.
