You might be lucky and it's just a small, touching thing that doesn't work properly, causing it to shut down often. More likely, your motherboard has aged too much and some part has failed. Using a cheap PSU isn't helping to protect your PC components, and if the power supply isn't stable in your area, the situation gets even worse.
