In this situation, a nearby repair shop seems to be the most viable option when cutting down parts isn't helping.

Profiles by I mean bios setting profiles
I need to keep my current bios setting, try another one, save the first, test the second, and then apply the first again.

I'll check if I can locate some time to bring the PC to a repair shop.

You should begin with one stick of RAM, testing each slot if necessary. Disconnect all drives and other components except the video card to ensure basic functionality. Then unplug it from the power source, reset the CMOS once more, reconnect it, and power it up. Hopefully this will resolve the issue.

If it restarts successfully, proceed by gradually adding components back in—reconnecting drives one at a time, installing RAM sticks one at a time—until you encounter another problem. Or, if everything works out, you’ll be fine.

The adjustments made included memory, csm, uefi, and other similar configurations. I wasn't certain if a CMOS reset would erase saved profiles, likely it would. Have you attempted to update the BIOS?

The board allows Q-Flash, meaning you might still be able to fix issues after a faulty BIOS flash even without video output. Attempt it. Check Gigabyte for guidance; if needed, I’ll help you through the steps.
