I just saved two profiles and restarted my computer, but it went completely black. I couldn't access the BIOS or even the backup BIOS because the keyboard wasn't working. I tried resetting the CMOS, shorting the CMOS, and cleaning the RAM, but nothing helped.

Remove the power plug from the back of the PSU, then press and maintain the case power button for ten seconds. After that, take out the CMOS battery for five minutes. Once the time is up, reinsert the CMOS battery (+ side facing up) and briefly discharge the clear CMOS pins. Be careful here; I understand it can be tricky, but proper reset is important—either by removing the battery or clearing the pins.

There is. It's now what I'm going to say—it's bootlooping, just like when I turn it on, it turns on, then off, then on again, and then off. What I'm about to do now...

It's producing an unusual noise once it's turned off.

Use one stick of RAM, make sure it's placed in the right slot (check the motherboard manual), unplug all drives just enough to see if video appears. If it boots, gradually reinsert components until you encounter an issue again. If not, do you know someone nearby who can assist or do you have any spare parts that could be used for testing? You'll need to remove things one by one.

What profiles are you referring to in your message?
What is your PSU model?
Have you cleared the RAM completely for diagnostics? As previously mentioned, verify the correct slot—typically the second one from the CPU—and ensure the clips are securely locked.

I'm discussing the BIOS setting profile for old Gigabyte BIOS systems.
PSU is a budget model, around 200W, T2B model, installed by a repair shop I used.
After installing it now, it seems to be working but keeps looping.

Profiles might still be unclear. Could you explain what you meant? What exactly did you do?
Psu could also be involved, but it seems like a coincidence, so I’m not sure yet. Still worth considering.
