My MSI GL62 6QC laptop keeps showing the MSI logo, and I can't get into the BIOS when I put a Crucial M.2 gen3 x4 SSD in it?

Welcome to the forums! Before you got that new Crucial drive, did you use another storage drive? Can you still reach the OS GUI on an older drive? If yes, try using CPU-Z and check what your laptop's BIOS version says under the "Mainboard" tab. Then look up that number on MSI's support site to see if there are any new updates coming for your laptop.
