My computer has a processor with an i7 920 that’s been manually adjusted for faster speed, a graphics card called an RX570, and 16 gigabytes of DDR3 memory running at 1600MHz, though Windows only recognizes it as operating at 1066MHz. Will it be able to play Jedi: Fallen Order?

Regarding inquiries about my performance, I've been operating consistently at an average of 60 frames per second on a 1080p resolution with medium settings, though occasionally dropping to 30 fps.

Could a resolution of 1080p at 60 frames per second with reduced or moderate graphics settings be attained?

Certainly. My processor could be somewhat limited, however it's been boosted in speed. I plan to replace my entire computer system next year, but for now this game should run adequately. As a last resort, I can utilize my GeForce Now subscription.
