Many people have differing views on this, and Dying Light is currently receiving significant advertising attention—I'm eager to play it. My computer specifications are as follows: a Core 2 Duo E8500 processor, an NVIDIA GT 1030 with 2GB of GDDR5 memory, 4 GB of 800 MHz RAM. I’m willing to accept frame rates below 60, but I hope it stays above 40; medium settings should be a satisfactory compromise.

The GT 1030 is generally considered a low-performance initial graphics card. Consequently, it’s unlikely you'll be able to run this particular game with those system specifications. However, keep in mind that the game itself requires substantial processing power.

Here’s a breakdown of the necessary specifications:

Operating System:
Windows 7 (64-bit) / Windows 8 (64-bit) / Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Processor:
Intel Core i5-2500 @ 3.3 GHz / AMD FX-8320 @ 3.5 GHz
Memory:
4 GB of DDR3 RAM
Storage:
At least 40 GB free space
Graphics Card:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 / AMD Radeon HD 6870 (with 1GB of VRAM)
DirectX:
Version 11
Audio:
DirectX compatible

Suggested specifications:
Operating System:
Windows 7 (64-bit) / Windows 8 (64-bit) / Windows 8.1 (64-bit)...

Here’s a revised version:

The lowest and highest specifications needed to play Dying Light are outlined below.
A visual performance comparison chart for processors is available further down.
A similar chart comparing graphics cards can be found below as well.
Your computer currently fulfills the minimum memory requirement, although your graphics card is slightly under the required specification – one step lower – and your processor significantly falls short – four levels below.
It may be possible to install the game and attempt to play it with all graphical settings at their lowest levels, however, you may not have a very satisfying gaming experience even with the basic settings enabled.

The GT 1030 is fundamentally a modest, initial graphics card. Consequently, it’s unlikely you'll be able to run this game successfully with those specifications. However, keep in mind that the game itself places significant demands on your system’s hardware.

Here are the minimum specifications:

Operating System:
Windows 7 (64-bit) / Windows 8 (64-bit) / Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Processor:
Intel Core i5-2500 @ 3.3 GHz / AMD FX-8320 @ 3.5 GHz
Memory:
4 GB of DDR3 RAM
Storage Space:
40 GB available
Graphics Card:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 / AMD Radeon HD 6870 (with 1 GB of VRAM)
DirectX:
Version 11
Sound:
DirectX compatible

The following are the suggested specifications:

Operating System:
Windows 7 (64-bit) / Windows 8 (64-bit) / Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Processor:
Intel Core i5-4670K @ 3.4 GHz / AMD FX-8350 @ 4.0 GHz
Memory:
8 GB of DDR3 RAM
Storage Space:
40 GB available
Graphics Card:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 / AMD Radeon R9 290 (with 2 GB of VRAM)
DirectX:
Version 11
Sound:
DirectX compatible

Additional Information:
Laptop graphics cards may function, but they are not officially acknowledged as supported.
A Windows-compatible keyboard and mouse are required; an Xbox 360 Controller for Windows is recommended as an optional input device.

Thank you very much for your assistance. I’m unable to purchase a superior graphics card at the moment; prices are significantly inflated, approximately twice what I expected. My GPU cost me around $140, and Amazon doesn’t deliver to my location, while eBay is simply not a viable option. Let's move on, though—thank you again.
