Is Luke looking for a place to play?

During the latest NFS Rivals update, I spotted a recognizable character in the first tutorial. It’s likely Luke, though I’m not sure. Could it be him? Or maybe he’s an alternate version he didn’t mention? My mind is spinning. Just a reminder this game came out in 2013 and Luke’s look has changed a lot since. The colors are bright due to HDR, but the display isn’t always perfect. EDIT: I might be losing my sanity.

He’s definitely not Luke. It doesn’t match his appearance at all.

Consider that this title was launched in 2013. Luke's look has evolved considerably since then as well.

It doesn't resemble him much. It seems more akin to Joel Haver than Luke.

The person up top right resembles Felix more than Luke, I think. The middle is Di Maria, though it's unclear who's on the left.

Eyes and nose are quite unique, just like the jaw. As you can observe in old videos or clips, they don’t look very similar.
