You could discover discounts from individuals switching to used items, but these are rare compared to new products. It might be worth waiting if possible, as new stock could sell out by year-end anyway. Prices seem stable, so timing could be favorable.

I don't know about your country, but in my country sales peak in December, and even then CPU sales are limited. I’d wait for the 4000 release to see if prices drop, maybe grab it before Black Friday or similar events. Other countries have different holidays and deals.

I’d prefer to observe the 4000 lineup first before committing to the 3600. However, if you’re interested in the 3600, you can secure it right away—though you might find better deals if AMD releases their 4000 at the same price point
