I reviewed the notification settings and found nothing unusual. Now, my main worry is why my Windows search occasionally fails. What could be causing that?

O
Oh and also, I checked reliability monitor and it says last night windows was not shut down properly.
Which is very odd because when I did shut it down last night, it did shut down. My pc turned off and my monitor turned off as well. Nothing out of the ordinary.
After that, I turned off my avr. Here's photo:

It seems there is progress being made.
Check the events on the 16th.

Errors, warnings, and details are available in Reliability History and Event Viewer.
Clearing all Event Viewer logs might simplify the process, focusing only on recent, relevant entries.

The screenshots for the 16th indicate that the "Stopped Working" issue came from exiting the app through hidden icons. I attempted to release memory by clearing event viewer logs.

Which items should you remove? You cleared the application, but it's unclear whether you need to clear the security as well.

It's unclear if this matters, but it might be that the issue with my windows not closing properly comes from the RGB lights of my headset staying on even when my PC is off.

Not a trivial observation at all.
The RGB lights on the headset are definitely something worth investigating.
What is the model and make of the headset?
How is it connected—what port is used?
Do you have a user manual or guide for the device?
Is this a full headset with both earphones and a microphone, or just earphones without a mic?
Are there any adapters, converters, or extension cables involved?
What software controls the RGB lights—colors, patterns, etc.?
If there’s no clear explanation for why the lights are on, it might be due to a connection error or oversight.
Power seems to be reaching somewhere but possibly not correctly or efficiently.

I wouldn't worry too much about removing the security logs. Perhaps just delete everything except the last 30 days if you want to keep some event records.

Ok so thank God I do not throw away the boxes of my pc parts and peripherals.
So the brand and model of my headset is Marvo HG8958. And here's the link of the product so you can see the specifications and other stuff that is important.
https://www.marvo-tech.com/products/hg89...mm-drivers
My headset has audio input and output. I use it both for listening and as a mic.
It has a USB type-a for the rgb lights to work and I have that connected at the back I/O of the motherboard. It has one 2.5mm jack. But I'm using the splitter that it comes with so that can I use both the headset and the mic it comes with.

Could it be that enabling "turn on fast startup" is the cause why your headset stays lit even after shutting down your PC? I found out from someone that this is indeed one of the possible reasons.
