Would an older power supply unit, like the Coolermaster RealPower 620W with Plus White certification, affect a contemporary and energy-saving Windows 11 setup (i5 8400, B360, RX6600) in terms of sleep mode, startup speed, or other capabilities? Considering it is nearly 13 years old, I'm thinking about swapping it during this discount period because of its age, even though I haven't noticed any clear problems or signs of slowing down.

that is an old bottom of the barrel unit from a long time ago.
i wouldn't rely on a new system at all.
def worth investing in a modern quality unit instead of using new parts to such an outdated PSU.
we can't predict what the good deals will be, but there are usually some decent BF prices for solid models. start saving now, as i expect around $100 could be better if recent years have shown it. though sometimes you might find a few cheaper options if you act quickly.
