GTX 1050 - up to 75W
MOBO - up to 50W
Combined total max around 305W plus fans
This should suffice. The issue might lie with the ID-COOLING SE-802-SD V3 cooler. Based on specs, it only supports 95W TDP. If you follow your plan—like editing videos—the CPU will run at full capacity and overheat.
